I went out and shot some virgin 28 nosler brass yesterday, the rifle was freshly cleaned. The first 6 shots were 3044, 3048, 3058, 3063, 3063 and 3058.
I’m interested in what you find, I’ve had good luck with Bertram’s 300RUM brass but just started shooting the 28.

My understanding is that the vitals are a little further back then deer. I've looked at some side views of vitals and decided that if I had bow in hand I would aim a couple inches behind the shoulder instead of right behind it.
For archery I wouldn't pack one but I own the 65, I'm not an inch counter I only need to know if it's legal. For me the game changer to my glassing was binos on a tripod with a micro pan head from outdoorsmans.

I have an inreach that is a few years old, so far everything has worked perfectly. I originally planned on doing a monthly plan but ended up with the yearly. I keep it in my glove box when I'm not back packing just incase something happens and I don't have cell service.
Although I wasn't chosen to do the review, I was able to get my hands on a bipod before I left for my hunt.
My hunting partner J Sample isn't much of a long range hunter but when we were only able to get to 510 yards he put the spartan bipod to use with my rifle dropping his buck in it's...
I'll be shooting a MOA Evolution chambered in a 7mm rem mag topped with a Nightforce SHV.
The next hunt I have planned is flying into the Frank Church Wilderness for a 12 day hunt, we fly in the November 7th and fly out on the 19th. On this hunt the main focus will be mule deer but I also have...
Well since I'm included in this thread I guess now is as good of a time as ever to make my first post. It should be a great weekend and I hope to have a few pictures and stories to add when we get back.
