    Also just finished a mild load of 10 for my wife's 7mm-08 with 120 SST and 40gr of Varget. going to give that a go as well as a 10 shot group with the 300 BLK for my daughter with 120gr Sierra Pro Hunter and 19gr of CFE Blk. Will see if it all works out ok. I sure hope so.

    So @Harvey_NW For my wifes rifle. would you suggest just picking a poweder charge on the lower end (not lowest) and running 10 rounds to see how it does. If it does not shoot. then change bullet or powder?

    When I was shooting a hand held I just put mine in the top elastic holder on my AGC harness I Had at the time. Held it very well. Good little DIY holder you have there though.

    Climber or hang on with sticks for beginner?

    Never cared for the climber stands myself. Always used a lock on. I Have a XOP in the shed that is a nice Cast Alum stand that I have had about 4 years and its never been put in a tree. Just got to where I use my Saddle more now days.
