    How to Add Weight to Your Pack?

    I mainly just use bunch of water. Use water bladder, sawyer bags, water bottles, etc. You can easily dump the water up top to save your knees for the hike down.

    FF Flicker UL vs. Katabatic Gear Flex

    I have a Flicker UL 20 and I absolutely love it. I use it in the summer in quilt mode. As temps drop I'll cinch up the foot box and close it up. If temps are below freezing then I usually have to layer up. I would advise getting a 8L (or 10) compression dry bag for it.

    .270 Round Combo?

    i've had good luck with 130grain bullets at the range but most folks tell me that my 270 wouldn't be enough for mountain elk. interested to hear others experience hunting elk with 270
