    Dealing with crimped primer vs buying new brass

    Second this. $20 to get rid of all the crimps you’d ever encounter. I just did about 1500 pieces with this. Zip tie the trigger on the drill, clamp drill aimed up, and find a rhythm. Don’t remember how long it took me, but it’s a good rainy day project that doesn’t use up a lot of brainpower.

    Well I have, and some of it is up to 8% higher, while some of it is almost identical. I know weight does not directly equal capacity, but I have checked that. Guess I need to fill cases with water. Also, the 7.62 brass is large primer vs small primer 6arc. Would that contribute?
