ZeroTech TRACE ADV 3-18×44 FFP Shoot2Hunt

What I can decipher from the THLR video below.

Longrange blog 267: How to identify and hold for wind

Wind brackets

0 to .5 mil Light – Occasional to constant movement, can see movement but not direction. Bracket the point of aim from center dot to vertical of box.

.2 to .9 mil Med – Can see wind direction, solid line from .4 to .8 is the expected error margin. Use solid line from .4 to .8 to bracket point of aim.

.8 to 1.5 mil Strong – Wind bends or whips vegetation, you see a lot more than just direction, swings and bends, but doesn’t “boil”. At the upper end of strong wind use the thicker line at 1.4 as point of aim.

Shooting subs obviously?
idk man, that Ammo came out of the same boxes as mine did, and we trued mine at 2730fps...

I do disagree that it sounded like subs. I agree that it was noticeably quieter than everything else on the line.
Standing off to the side, I could hear the firing pin fall among the other sounds that compose a shot, but it definitely wasn't the only or the loudest sound you'd hear.
As the shooter though I'd say the firing pin was probably the most prominent sound.

That gun was my favorite from the course and seems like it's more than the sum of it's parts.

I think I'll have to wait another 5 years before buying another suppressor. There's too much new stuff constantly coming out. I've got buyer's remorse on the two I own, even though they're good, because I decided to jump in just a year or so before Unknown and Airlock got going.

When is that og22 coming out?

There is a ton of new stuff coming out, and it's evolving very quickly.

Counterpoint to waiting - most of the stuff coming out now is really, really good.

I think you will see the design technology hit a wall and the next turn will be to cartridge specific cans for optimum performance. The next logical step in suppressor market evolution is one can dedicated to each gun a person has, just like scopes.

On year 6 there’ll be a badass new suppressor that comes out
