Zeiss LRP S3.zero stop issues

I have a 4-25 LRP S3. It's on a 21lb 338 edge. When I dial out for distance and shoot sometimes between 15 & 50 rounds I can't return to zero. It's like the price for the stop is moving under recoil. Have tighted to spec and beyond and still same thing. Anyone else seeing this issue. This is the 2nd one same issue.

I had a similar issue on my Zeiss V6 scope and it’s only on top of a lightweight 30-06 with a muzzle brake. Right before a hunt.

I’m about to red loctite that damn thing.
