The Meoptas are the non HD, overpriced, you want the HD. Unless they changed something you should see HD on one of the barrels.

The Zeiss Conquests Red Hawk Rifles has demos usually for around $750ish.

If I was you I would wait as Cabelas always puts their brand on sale, you will be able to get their HD version for under $1000. Other option add a little cash, sell the cabelas gift card for a slight loss and get the SLC's from Natchezss.

The prior mode Euro had HD on the barrel as well, so if you didn't see an HD, then it is three models ago. If it has HD on the barrel then that is a good deal.

Don't go by the tag an employee made, go by the bino markings, if it is HD it WILL be on the barrel. Just trying to help you not get hosed.

I appreciate it. What you said is very true about the employee, the guy tonight told me Vortex makes all of Cabelas binos.

This is true on some of them but not all. I called Vortex to ask them, they said the best ones they make for Cabelas is equal to a Vortex Viper Hd

When you are at Cabelas you should see if the have the new Trinovid HDs to compare. They list for $999 and I've had a set to compare to some ELs, Ultravids, Geovids, and Victory of the same 10x. They are the best value going IMO.

Correct. It will have an HD label on the opposite barrel. Those are not HD and overpriced for the non-HD.

In the mail, or sometimes they just have a Promo on the website. A month or two back they had a 20% deal and free shipping. I was able to get Euro 10x42 for my wife at 900.00 something. I think the deal was more than 20% off, can't remember, but after a couple days the nixed the deal, likely b/c they were losing big time
