Who does yoga as part of their training? I started today and all I can say is I will keep doing it! It is way harder than it looks and I can see it as a way to relax tired muscles after a day of bushwacking.
 
I have only attempted yoga a few times, I was in te best shape of my life and it kicked my butt. I should try it again.
 
I do P90X.

It has weekly Yoga sessions that are killer. It seems to have really helped my core strength.

I dread those sessions.
 
Pretty sure I posted on here before...but I do yoga, its good not only for flexibility but a different kind of strength than weights.
 
I have done the P90x yoga and dread that workout the most. I am not flexible at all and it kicks my ass.

But I do think I will get good benefits out of it so I will do it once in a while
 
I do the p90x yoga. It's a solid workout and great for flexibility. I would recommend it for anyone.
