Xtherm Blew seam Fluke

This season I bought a new Xtherm Nxt and the side seam blew out the 2nd night.

I was able to get it doctored up and finish the hunt and returned it.

Was this just a fluke?

I really like the pad other wise.

It was just like a 1/4” split along the seam on the side.

I am not familiar with the NXT, but I would say fluke based on my experience with my x therm pad. Granted it's just one, but it is one that has been used for 7 or 8 years. I probably have 150 or more sleeps on it. I am careful with it, and I did have to re-glue the valve this past year - it has served me well. I'll buy another soon to have as a backup and eventual replacement for this one.

Fluke. Iv had better luck with the neo air pads than any of the others.

The NXT is just the new version of. I think they are supposedly a hair warmer.
