So basically you have an issue with Christians, livestock, and kids? But everyone else is cool? I’d say you dislike a good portion of the state that’s already here.

For about half a million you should be able to buy what your looking at. Most livable houses start at 300k in towns now in wyoming.

No need to buy land just to hunt. We have millions of acres of public land here. Its everywhere.
Invest the money in a quality tent so you can stay where you want to hunt on public land.

Look at small businesses for sale or work for an oil and gas company.
