Looking for anybody that might be going to this area this fall. Wife is freaking out over the prospect of me going alone and can't find anyone in North Alabama interested in going out since most couldn't draw the tag (no points). If you'll be going on this hunt and are interested in teaming up, let me know. I have a lot of backpacking experience in the Rockies (bushwacking/route finding experience as well) but this will be my first time with a weapon in the Rockies. Plan to hike in 5-10 miles if necessary and stay for 7 days, getting in the day before the opener, possibly two days early.
