Wyoming draw

Beginning to think people are using up their points. I didnt draw a 100% unit for deer.

I didn’t put in for antelope this year, but looked at the results. It’s a blood bath in terms of point creep. Unit I hunted a few years ago on a couple points has guys burning 6 points with 5 to get drawn.

Wyoming Antelope draw has really changed since I last hunted it in 2017.

Sure has! Even if you have 4-5 points and are willing to pay 1300 bucks for a "special" Pronghorn tag, you're still not even drawing a Type 1 tag in a unit that gives out any less than 1000 tags apparently.

In other news, what's the go to river to spend a few days fly fishing around central/ southern WY last week of September?

We had a decent draw year. My oldest boy drew a unit 17 ewe BHS tag which is the coolest we drew! We also got some decent antelope tags and a few cow tags. Should be a fun year!

Congrats to those who drew tags this year!

Decided not yo put in this year for goats and mule deer,The guys I hunt with did no one drew. Done a look on the draw results the area we hunt could be drawn in the past with 0 to 1 point looks like those days are gone the other thing is the allocated tags for the area were 66 things are getting impossible anymore. Will get out of the point rip off. Good luck to all who did draw, have a good hunt it may be your last Wyoming hunt in a long time to come.

all 5 in my party were unsuccessful for antelope. was really shocked. was told it was pretty easy to draw for them with 1 point.

As I look at the draw report it appears that a bunch of folks jumped in applying for tags this year.
I got nothing.
I applies for antelope in the special that last year had 17 applicants,
This year there was 105 applicants for the tag. It's crazy !
