Ya the dang season is so weird. Doesn’t seem like there is much for sow mortality this year for whatever reason. But I agree it changes fast. Good thing the license is valid in the fall as well.
We just went up for four nights and didn’t see any bears. Did see proof they existed. Maybe saw a wolf but that could be my own bias to want to see one. Lots of deer, elk, and moose. It’s cool to see the mature bulls already with brow tines and their beam starting to grow.
