Didn't draw anything this year so I am looking at a road trip to the Sheridan area for reduced price doe antelope and maybe deer.

That leaves 10, 15, 102 or 109 as potential places to go hunt assuming a leftover draw success.

I hear 102 has a couple areas, but single access points.

Do any of these 4 units have better numbers of does with public land access?

102 or 15 are way better units than 10 or 109. There is essentially zero access in 10 and in 109 there are only one or two small chunks of state land that actually hold goats...

Something tells me these units are going to be a zoo this year with the way the draw already went...

At least it's capped by the number of tags they have left.

Any idea on the whitetail populations in 102. We want a September hunt so 102 or 109 are our only options.

There are a lot of whitetail from Parkman to Buffalo. And even more private land. There are some state sections in 102 and they get inundated (like all state sections in the state). Also, there is not a "list" of land owners that want deer hunted on their place (the local sports store gets this question every year). But if you call around you can find someone that doesn't mind, likely for a trespass fee.
