WY Type 7 Question

I am applying for a Type 7 (Reduced price cow/calf) tag in Wy for 2021. I dont understand why there is a box for this tag that says "Withdraw if full price lic is not drawn." Does this matter at all if it is checked or unchecked as it is a reduced price tag anyhow? Im confused. Thanks for the help. Just dont want to screw something up.

Example you apply for a bull elk tags in area 222, and apply for cow calf type 7 tag in area 222.
If you check the box your application will be withdrawn for the type 7 tag, if you don't draw the bull tag.

If your just applying for the cow calf tag only, disregard the check box.
