Just saw where Wy Fish and Game Commission voted to raise the cost of Non res PPs for Pronghorn, Deer, and Elk to $75. It was $31, $41, and $52. It appears that $75 is the max they can charge for a PP and moose and sheep were already at the max. They expect to raise $14.6 million annually via the change. I guess they will keep raising prices for Non-res hunters until the number of applications and associated revenues begin to drop.
