Who doesn't love a good frankenpack? This one is a dandy -- it starts with an LL Bean Hunters Carryall frame and then add on a Hill People Gear C25M packbag (ranger green). Several modifications have been added to the pack to make it more functional, including a water bladder clip and port on the pack bag, trimming loose straps, and adding expanding foam in between the framesheet and the pack fabric in order to quiet the pack (there was a really annoying squeak).

The Carryall also comes with a load sling, so it can be used without the pack bag as a load hauler (see pic with bucket for example). Think of this frame as a kind of poorman's Duplex -- it has a poly framesheet with aluminum stays and there are lots of load options for carrying all kinds of stuff.

I've trimmed the waist belt, and but it will still fit a 33-36" waist easily. The load lifters are functional, but if you have a longer torso, they act more like load stabilizers. If you're 6' and under the load lifters should work well for you.

But wait, there's more! I've modified the frame to work with a Kifaru Highcamp 4800 bag (not included). It actually works really well, almost as if one was built around the other. If anyone wants to know more about making the Carryall work with a highcamp bag, I'm happy to share what I've learned. It works well.

Since I'm going to get asked anyway, I will split it up...just make an offer. $125 take it all.

Lastly, here's a review of the Carryall (and a pretty cool blog worth checking out anyway: HuntPrep365: Gear Review: Hunter's Carryall Pack
