Looking for a carbon stock for my custom tikka build. It is a brand new tikka t3x in 7mm rem mag. I prefer a carbon over composite to shave weight while adding strength. Would consider others but has to be light or as light as the stock one that tikka uses while having some sort of positive over it. Like the hca work but can't afford it right now. Have a ten point titan xtreme crossbow i can use as trade if its worth it. Would also trade that for a proof research carbon barrel. Pm me what ya got. Pics are a must and can be emailed also to [email protected]
Thanks

Manners builds some carbon fiber stocks at a good price. Best looking stocks out there too, IMO.

I was looking at the southfort labs stocks. Run around $650
Anyone with experience with these vs the others listed? Ive heard great reviews of them

I would not swear to it but I believe this is the maker for the Stocky's Tikka Carbon stock in the bargain bin. In any case I had the Stocky's and loved it. Very good overall feel for a lot of different situations and super light.

I will definitely be looking into that! If so i will probably buy one. Thank you for that info

So confirmation on the stockys carbon stock- email back from them confirmed that it is in fact the bush hunter model made by southfort labs out of New Zealand. What a deal.

Its carbon so im assuming its lighter and stronger. I might be wrong but that would be the reasoning.

Not lighter. Maybe stronger. Wildcat has a carbon forend and composite body. Interesting. Both are tempting.

Yes they both seem like great options. I will regardless own a wildcat at some point. Maybe for my build after this one
