If you go to their website they have an online fillable sheet.
What they do is fill out your apps for you, either directed at the units you wish or they will choose units based on the bio they ask you to fill out.
The big thing WTA does that none of the other guys do to my knowledge is that they front the tag fees for you, but charge you for any nonrefundable fees and licenses, plus a per species fee based on whatever the tag fee is. For example for them to apply you in NM for elk your fee is about $88 plus a license (none of which is refundable to you) -versus a NM bighorn sheep will cost you something like $213 plus the license ($772 tag vs $3300 tag).
Since they float the tag fee, if/when you draw you pay WTA back the tag fee as well.
They’ll apply you in any state, even those without the requirement to float tag fees. I only use them to apply in New Mexico (drawn tags there 3 years in a row using them). I try to have my applications planned/budgeted out prior to this time of year, so depending on cash flow I can change what I apply for in states that require floating fees (Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico). It’s cheaper to apply yourself in states like AZ, UT, CO, NV, SD, KS, etc.
