Wow. I’m impressed with Starlink!

I mentioned the other day I picked up a Starlink Mini.

Decided to roll up to my Wyoming cabin and goof off a couple days.

Got the unit all set up and holy smokes is it nice!

Since I’m off grid, I’m running it off my 2000 generator for now.

Here is the speed test

It’s 18 degrees and got a fire going in the wood stove and sipping on a cocktail.

I have been working full time remote for the last 3+ months in my truck with a starlink mini. Speeds are solid, but the low power draw and small footprint make it even better.

Best move ever for us in rural IL. Viasat was a train wreck. We even adjusted our service to a the "lower tier" for $80 bucks a month and have the same quality.
