got another 5-ish in this evening on the trails; easy pace the Bob Marshall Open is only a week out, so going to keep everything on the easier side

Bench Press x 6-8 reps with 2 sec negative

Max Reps of Pull-Ups

Strained my left bicep in the First Round on the pullups :( 3rd rep in and something gave...

Gonna use this thread to track workouts and weight loss as i go. Gained a few too many since marriage/homeownership and have been changing my diet and lifestyle. Beer gets me. Starting weight ~215. Today was 204.
