Picked up a super tough to get b tag. One of these days when I’m an old man I’ll draw something in this state

I drew lassen archery antelope. The work begins because I’ve never hunter them before. Also got #2 alternate for fort hunter liggett tule elk archery. Not optimistic that will pan out
Anybody with advice on the lassen antelope, please pm if you are willing.

Wife drew an X tag and nephew drew a J tag. General deer tag for me and nothing special in the long odd draws. Pretty stoked to take the wife out to some new to us country.

Which junior tag, and do you guys have experience in the area? If it’s J4 and you need some information let me know!

J1. He had it before and killed a nice 4x4. Thanks for the offer though. Junior tags are a lot of fun if you have a reasonably agreeable junior.

I got myself the coveted A tag, pulled an X3A for my father and I am first alternate for a tule tag. I’ve got to get my letter in. Second time being a first alternate on elk (but for a different unit).

I’ve never in 15 years been an alternate for elk haha
