-1 high hang clean pull + 1 high hang squat clean + 1 hang clean pull + 1 hang squat clean @ 70-75%


3 rounds for time:
-20 GHD sit-ups
-10 deadlifts @ 225#
-500m row
 
I hear ya, I was just in Helena a couple days ago and it was like 98 degrees.🥵 I got home early Monday morning and it's been nothing but rain and upper 50's. Oh well, at least I have something else to complain about.:)
Should have gotten ahold of me, I would of bought you a beer :)
 
1 mile run in full kit with gun belt, rifle, and breachers pack (end saw, hammer, pry tool), in pro-mask.
For the last quarter mile I carried half a litter with a casualty on it. Sucked.
