10 miles and 2000’ in SW Montana yesterday. Man, 10,000’ elevation looks a whole lot different in MT than what it looks like in AK.

-1 high hang clean pull + 2 high hang squat cleans @ 70%


For time:
40 - 30 - 20 - 10 Row Cals
5 - 10 - 15 - 20 Double DB squats (2 x 40#)
 
Tabata x8 20s work 10s rest
1st 20s max echo bike cals
2nd 20s pull back bow and hold on target by the time I got the arrow loaded and bow drawn I held for ~15s
This was fun I averaged 9 cals every 20s
