Back Step Lunges x 8 reps
Rest 15-20 seconds
DB Tricep Extension x 10-12 reps
Rest 30 seconds
Side Plank x 60 seconds each side
Rest 30 seconds

Conditioning
Against a 4-minute running clock:
500m Row
12 DB Box Step-Overs w/ one or two DB
Max Reps of DB Thrusters

Rest 2 minutes and repeat for a total of three (3) sets.
