Aerobic base
Stairmaster 45 minutes with 50 lb ruck and 30 pound hand hed KB for first 40 minutes (hr drifted into Z3, so I put the KB down).

Prehab strength. Alternating as single super set:
Single leg G calf raise 3x3 @ 170
Leg extensions 3x3 @ 100
S calf raise 3x3 @ 185
Hip addiction 3x3 @240
Hip abduction 3x3 @ 150

I got sick, and probably also over trained in February. So have dropped training load significantly the past few months.
 
Every 1:40 for 10 rounds, alternating:
-1 power clean + 1 hang squat clean + 1 split jerk
-5 dead drop broad jumps (16” box)


5 rounds for time:
- 100m unbroken farmers carry (70# KB’s)
- 10-8-6-4-2 clean and jerks (Weights: 95#, 115#, 135#, 155#, 175#)
 
Today
4x3 minute rounds.
12 Cal Assault Bike
10 yard sled push
10 yard sled pull
Remaining time, farmer hold at body weight until the 2:30 mark followed by resting the remainder of the round.

4x3 minute rounds.
30 second assault bike sprint
3x3 burpee putt through at 50#
Remaining time, alternating box step ups until the 2:30 mark followed by resting the remainder of the round.

Repeat block 1.

Repeat block 2.
