At the 10:00 mark…

One set of:
Max Strict Press @ 80% of Today’s 1RM

Comditioning
Against a 4 minute clock, perform as many rounds and reps as possible of:

Row 12 Calorie
9 Wall Balls
6 Dumbbell Bench Press

Rest 4 minutes, then repeat for a SECOND set, picking up where you left off.
 
5 miles (800') with my daughter and Tiny Elvis

BLOCK 1: 5 Rounds
Deadlifts x 3
Box Jumps x 3
Cable Tricep Extension x 10

BLOCK 2: 5 Rounds
Step Ups x 5/5
Stability Ball Hamstring Curl x 20
Seated Cable Bar Row x 10

This was my first week on mtn tough program, i am used to doing way more cardio with what I have been doing on my own. I am sore in places I haven’t been so I guess that’s a good sign. Will be good to incorporate more strength into my workouts.
