Got a good stretching and mobility session in this morning

Today after work:
Dumbbell incline press - 3x8 RPE 8
Reverse-grip lat pulldown - 3x8 RPE 8
Assisted dips - 3x10 RPE 7
Barbell bent over row - 3x12 RPE 7
Dumbbell lateral raise - 3x15 RPE 8
Face pulls - 3x15 RPE 8
Hammer curls - 3x8 RPE 9

LEvel 15 incline treadmill for one mile
 
I almost got yesterday off work.
20min stretch/mobilty
1.5mi walk up our road

Today: 20min stretch/mobility
6 sets of 6 Hanging Bar pull ups

4 sets
Ass 2 Floor Squats/Calf Raises- 45/95/135/185
Jump Squat/Scissor Lunges- x 5ea
Hanging Bar Pull Ups- x 10, 30 on last set
Fisio Sit Up- x 25

Skidder Tire Flip- 50 flips for time (which sucks).
Walked up our road and back for a cool down for 20min
