Conditioning
3 Rounds straight through A + B + C, then Rest 2 minutes Between Rounds
A) 3 Way Lunge - 6 cycles on Each Leg of:
1 Front Lunge + 1 Side Lunge + 1 Step Back Lunge

B) Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts:
10 on Each Side - Add Weight as Able

C) Bulgarian Split Squat
10 Reps on Each Leg

Walk or Light Jog 1 Mile for Cool Down Flush
 
3 sets of a mobility circuit

5 sets
Squats/Calf Raise- 45/95/135/185/225 x 10ea
Plyos (jump squats/scissor lunges/box jumps)- x 5ea
Goblet Squat- 25/30/35/40/45
Slant Board Goblet Squat- Same
Knee over toes lunges- body wt/15/20/25/25x 5ea

2 sets
Walking KB Lunge- 35s x 15
1-arm Deadhang

Should have time to get some form of hike in this afternoon
 
Superset - each exercise 20 reps per side with 60 second rest between exercises.

I couldn't do every exercise due to lack of equipment so those(3) are omitted:

Lateral Goblet Squat
3- Point Dumbbell Row
Kickstand RDL
Single Arm Dumbbell Bench Press
Goblet Walking Lunge
Cook Hip Lift
Single-Arm Dumbbell Curl
Single Arm Dumbbell French Press

Weights used:

20 lbs dumbbell
30 lbs dumbbell
20 lbs KB
35 lbs KB
45 lbs KB.
