7 miles (1000') with Tiny Elvis; I no it's not going to last put the temp at the trailhead at 11:00 AM was 57 degrees. We got sprinkled on a bit, but looked like rain in the mountains

Something else I did.....20 days ago I decided to give up beer for a while. I REALLY like beer lol. At the same time I started taking a testosterone booster. I haven't lost any weight to speak of but I've taken my belt up two notches, and feel a lot stronger. I sleep a lot better too so that's cool. I'm not saying I'm permanently giving up beer by any means, but this definitely has me thinking that cutting way back is gonna be big for me.

Warm Up:
6x :30 work/:30 rest on assault bike

Workout Circuit #1 - 3 sets:
1:00 stationary bike with resistance cranked up
10x Dips
10x Pull Ups
6x BB Split Squats@135#
:45 plank
25x double unders
400M jog (active recovery)

Workout Circuit #2 - 2 sets:
1:00 stationary bike sprint with low resistance
12x 1 arm DB Bench
12x 1 arm DB bent over row
12x 1 leg KB Romanian DL
20x V-Ups
25x double unders
400M jog (active recovery)

Cool Off:
1.5 mile walk, with water
10 min roll & stretch

Something else I did.....20 days ago I decided to give up beer for a while.
One of the best decisions you can make right there. Your body turns into a different kind of machine when you eliminate certain things, alcohol being one of them. I like beer as well, but the older I get the more I prefer performance and a sharp mind to adult beverages.
