Well… It ain’t my second WOD today, and I’ve definitely ate my share of morels in my day. But tonight we had a fire outside and I BBQed marinated raghorn steak and we sautéed the morels I got yesterday. Damn, that combo is about as good as it gets. The wife and I are debating about doing the trek tomorrow and getting a few gallons of shrooms in the spot I found yesterday.

Do it! Get as many as you can. If you have a dehydratoror (or can borrow one), they really rehydrate well and keep for a long time.

They’re great with deer/elk, but might even be better with grouse :D
