90 minutes in our hellish summer on the YZ250 woods beast. 1250 calories burned. Five loops x 2, with a couple of personal best times run, including the fastest in my age group on Strava. 160 bpm average for the last 45 minutes.

Thankfully I work in my uncooled warehouse, which helps my body acclimatize to the heat/humidity, crucial while wearing full body armor. Almost nothing else on earth I would voluntarily do at this level of effort for this duration.

20 minutes on stationary bike as warm up
4 rounds rest as necessary
- 50m barbell suitcase carry @ 115#
- 10 standing single arm KB press @ 50#
- 10 deadlift @ 285#
- 10 KB swing @ @ 34kg
6x 500m row < 1:50 splits

Pegasus Hills
You need a hill ~100m @ 30-45 degree incline. Preferably this is performed in body armor or weight vest. Pick a calisthenics exercise to perform at the top of the hill (burpee, squats, push-ups, etc). The workout is 45 minutes, no breaks. You jog to the top and perform 10-20 reps of the chosen exercise, then jog to the bottom, continuously for 45 minutes.

Stretching and hip flexion mobility this morning
Then cleaned out another shed that was slammed with decades of old stuff at the farm. Nice cool 92 deg.
Then pulled steel fence posts to relocate to other pasture
Then bush hogged pasture and wooded areas for deer

It’s going to be pretty toasty in NE Italy today so all workouts were done during the AM.

8x barbell shoulder press @ 115#
8x pendlay row @ 135#
12x goblet squat @ 34kg
20x hand release push-ups

6 mile trail run in the Italian sub-alps.
