Ass 2 Floor Squats/Calf Raises 45/95/135/175/185 x 5/7
Fat Bar Pull Up- x 7

3 sets for time
Pull Up- x 25/12/10
Fisio Sit Up- x same

Farmer’s Carry- 5 sets with 60s. 1min rest in deep squat position in between

VO2 max treadmill workout
4min Run on incline at an uncomfortable pace
3min easy walk
Do 4 rounds

Finished with 30min with HR in mid-120s
