Glad to see everyone still staying with it!! I haven't slacked off any, just a lot busier now that I have a "real" job again. In fact, I'm hitting PR's on bench and squats on the Wendler program...but I know the plateau is coming too. I'm enjoying it though. Still getting a few miles in every day as well and hitting the bleachers every Saturday.
