5K trail run (furthest I’ve run in my adult life)
1.5 mile cooldown walk with Chuck
Injured my AC joint last night at a jiu jitsu seminar, so it’ll be bodyweight legs for me, for me a couple weeks…just a minor bump in the road and comes with the territory
Went to the football field this morning and got 30 minutes in on the bleachers. Haven't done that in a while and I'm sure I'll regret it the next couple days!!
^ I'm really looking for forward to walking lunges tomorrow; same thing I hadn't done them in over a year and did them last week—mucho sore! I'm pretty certain it'll be a half dozen go's before it gets much better
