Came down with a nasty cold that kept me out of the gym last week. It felt good to get back to my normal schedule this morning.

Every 1:30 for 6 rounds:
-3 position squat clean (High hang/Hang/Hang below the knee)
*building from 50% of your 1RM


10 minute AMRAP:
21-15-9
-power cleans @ 115#
-box jump overs 24"
(start over at beginning after set of 9's)

Been lurking around on this thread for a while. Yall have inspired me to keep up with what I am doing. Just started exercising on a schedule in January. I lost some weight over the fall but never really stuck with a routine. Six months in, and I think the habit has stuck.
This morning:
Halos 10x each side 35lb KB
Squats 10x 50lb KB
Over head Press 8x each side 35 lb KB
KB swings 15x 50 LB KB
Step ups? 8x each leg 50 lb KB
3x on the whole cycle with 1:15 breather in between each cycle
Twist 3x10 each side 35lb KB
Suitcase carries 1:45 50lb KB
