Knees over toes Zero workout
Dumbbell pull overs 2 sets 10
Dumbbell press 2 sets of 10, 2 sets 8, 1 set 3 50,60,70
Vbar pulldown super set with dumbbell curls 3 sets 10, 1 set 8
Lat pulldowns super set with cable curls 3 sets 10, 2 sets 8
Assisted dips 2 sets 10, actual dips 1 set 4

pec fly/rear delt 4 sets 10 each
Standing upright barbell rows 3 sets 10

60 second dead hang *first ever dead hang

60 minutes on the treadmill with 49lb pack and my new boots.
Welcome. It’s a rowdy crowd on the WOD thread, but there are some pretty diverse examples and routines that several guys post.

8 miles (1400') on a gorgeous Winter's day- mid-30's and pretty calm; have to enjoy it as we have another Arctic blast on it's way
