I wasn't feeling it today but I still got something done

Knees over toes workout
Bench press reps 10,15,1,5,8
Seated cable rows 4 sets 10
pec fly/rear delt 4 sets 10 each
Standing upright barbell rows 3 sets 10
Hamstring curl machine 3 sets 10
 
5 sets of 15 reps, no rest
Squats/Calf Raise- 45/95/135/185/225 x 15
Dead- 45/95/135/185/205 x 15
Dip with feet on Fisio ball- x 15
OH Fisio Sit Up- x 15
Pull Up- x 15

60 second dead hang *first ever dead hang

60 minutes on the treadmill with 49lb pack and my new boots.
Welcome. It’s a rowdy crowd on the WOD thread, but there are some pretty diverse examples and routines that several guys post.
 
8 miles (1400') on a gorgeous Winter's day- mid-30's and pretty calm; have to enjoy it as we have another Arctic blast on it's way
