Got about 50+ miles of bow hiking in the mountains last week, and got to help break down and pack out a 6x6 bull for my buddy.



Back to the gym this morning...

10 Minute alternating EMOM:
-3 push press @ 65%
-5 front squats at same weight

For time:

30 Single-arm OH & single arm front rack (opposite arm) dumbbell lunges (15 one way then switch sides)
15 Bar MU

2x30 cable flys warm up

4x12-15 hypertrophy (no rest)

incline db press 70-80#
chest dips 5 sec eccentric 3 sec pause
Seated cable isolation flys
Drive the bus #35 plate
db lateral raises 3 sec eccentric
Standing face pulls ( rear delts/ trap isolation)
