Back to the gym this morning... 10 Minute alternating EMOM: -3 push press @ 65% -5 front squats at same weight For time: 500m row 30 Single-arm OH & single arm front rack (opposite arm) dumbbell lunges (15 one way then switch sides) 15 Bar MU 500m row
