I'm the exact opposite. I can do everything on the bar fine and pain free. I can not do OHS or snatches. My shoulder will hurt for 3 mos.Anyone have shoulder issues when doing pull-ups and push-ups but doing OHS and snatches are completely fine . I’m starting to think my form in gymnastics movements may suck or I need to do a lot more mobility .
