1 Power snatch + 1 High hang squat snatch (drop) +1 squat snatch (drop) + 1 squat snatch
Start @ 60%, build as needed



2:00 on 1:00 off
20 high hang power snatch @ 75 lbs + AMRAP lateral burpees over the bar

Anyone have shoulder issues when doing pull-ups and push-ups but doing OHS and snatches are completely fine . I’m starting to think my form in gymnastics movements may suck or I need to do a lot more mobility .
any thoughts or help would be appreciated

I'm the exact opposite. I can do everything on the bar fine and pain free. I can not do OHS or snatches. My shoulder will hurt for 3 mos.

can't help either, I do lots of pushups and lots of pull-ups, but don't snatches or OHS's (and knock on wood no shoulder problems)

Alot of people do Romwod at our gym to fix mobility issues

Today- Had to go to town did the park hill -32 min . 1st time for this .Hill? climbing laps - 25# on Alice pack alternated terraced side(30*~40* slopes maybe) with the lower grade sloping side with some side hilling thrown in. Felt good think add this once a wk or stadium steps along with the pack walks on Sun.
