we had one 90+ degree day about a week and a half ago- thought I would die, so am enjoying every bit of cooler weather we're getting :)

unfortunately it probably won't be too long and we'll be getting up at 4:00 AM to get our miles

Made it back from a lovely vacation with my wife and boys to Kauai. I was able to get a couple WODs in while we were there. Back to the grindstone yesterday and made it back to the gym today...

We did this 10x for time the barbell movement changed every time and I don’t remember them all.

4 mile recovery hike with Tiny Elvis; legs are definitely a wee bit sore from the other night, but that's not overly surprising :)

Mtwarden, 40 miles is a long long ways. Was that flat road miles or up/down trail miles? I ran a marathon a couple years ago and can't imagine going farther than that. You're a beast.
