Winter house heat setting?

In the winter, 69 when people are in the house. Drop it down to 65 when we leave or the smart thermostat (ecobee) doesn’t sense that people are home.

50 when I am sleeping, 53 to burn off the chill and then I get the fire going in my main living area. 3700 square foot house on propane would cost a fortune to keep it at 60. Date night have to run it up to 60 or the GF will will complain though.

The main house 69-70 when home, 65 when not at home and at night, but the bedroom is on its own zone and stays 63-64 at night.

68 most days. 72 on really cold days, especially if it's windy.

I turned it up to 60 to appease my girlfriend. She still complains, but not as much as when it was in the low 50’s

Soap stone wood stove is the answer. I like it cool in the winter 70 in the main room. 65 in the bedroom at night to sleep.

4 cords of wood a winter. Plenty to keep it warm all night.

Thermostat rarely gets turned on.

nighttime temps are warm where I live tho rarely gets below 25 f usually about 35- 40 at night.

Mid to high 60s. Put warm clothes on, your not in Vegas or Phoenix, your place shouldn't be either unless you wanna spend the $$$$.
