Hey fellas,
Does anyone know what the difference between these two sights is? Besides the branding and price, they look identical to me. What am I missing?

One is just the rear sight and the other one is the rear sight plus the globe for the front sight if you want to run that

These sights are rarely plug and play. Most always need a shim on the rear sight or raising up the front.

I have it on my CVA Accura V2 and it plugged and played. Very nice set up. I took the BIG monofilament off the stock front sight and replaced it with much smaller green mono. Got it from a archery shop. Amazing how much better you can hold on small long distance target.thumbnail_IMG_2990.jpg

So what was the process getting that fiber optic in the front sight.

Carefully remove sight from gun then remove existing mono, on a flat surface of grinding wheel, slowing remove material until the old mono keepers are removed. I ground the upper side surface on each side to make it a little narrower, so it was close to the width of the new mono .029. Cut piece of Tear Aid Type A tape to length and width of sight body. This transparent tape is very pliable, durable and sticky. Act as if you only get one shot at placement because it may very well be. Cut piece of mono to a little longer than needed. With tape on flat surface non sticky side down and sticky protective remove, lay mono in center with one end at the edge of tape and other end hanging off. Try not to touch the sticky side with fingers. Using tag end of mono, with the sight sitting upright, place the mono tape setup on sight and work the tape tightly from mono down onto the sight down both sides. If you have to, cut the tape long for handling and you can cut off the extra once placed. I've made three so far, one I put a drop of super glue on the sight surface before placing mono but with the tear aid I don't think it's necessary. I took the sight protector off my GAMO pellet gun and cut grooves in the side of the sight so I could snap it in place. Any questions let me know.
