The margin outside of velocity is probably 3/4 moa.

2 mils. Depends on how they were setup when chambering. If they were chambered between centers and then shortened, they could be a lot different. Barrels aren't as straight as a lot people think they are.

Having pulled 3 barrels on an off a 223 howa repeatedly recently I'd guess somewhere is the 0.4 to 0.5 mil range for same chamberings. And 0.7-0.8 for the different chamberings.
