MOA and Milliradians are angular units of measurement. One unit can be converted to the other.

MOA is a finer unit of measurement until one starts shooting out longer distances and then Mil is more convenient for quick adjustment. 0.25 MOA (0.07 Mil) is a finer increment than 0.1 Mil (0.34 MOA).
