So got this guy basically strait up hill 120-130 yards free handed only real shot we had was his head peeking over looking at us, my jaw dropped when I saw this good wide 3x3 peek over the top, had head rack and about 7" of neck showing told her it's now or never so she went for it and dropped him through under the jaw/ neck and out and blow the left side antler off ( going back to search for it in the morning) if can't find the antler could a taxidermist match the right antler to make a left one? He was super symmetrical and swollen haha. But we would like to get him on the wall. Both filled our tags, great season, happy wife... Happy life right.image.jpgimage.jpg

Well done, I think the smile on her face says it all.

I have seen antlers cast, might be able to find a close match from another buck that someone has too.

Great to see the ladies getting it done.

Sounds like a very exciting couple of minutes while that was going down. He looks like a dandy. I was wondering how hard it would be to find an antler that got knocked off, and then I saw pic#2. Good luck with it and congrats.

No photo, but that is great news. A taxidermist will be able to fix that no problem.

Awesome!!
