Why all the KUIU sales?

What's up with KUIU, it seems every week is another 10-25-30% off sale. Seems like a serious attempt to dump inventory like never before, so is that just what it is or are there other reasons?

i would assume they don't want to report all the extra inventory at year end.

Speaking of, are there any coupon codes for these sales? I have recently tossed or deleted all correspondence from them and now maybe want to order something go figure.

I don't think there are coupons. Since the big thanksgiving sale they have all been just for select items which are marked down on the website.

No if you ordered during the 30% off sale you got a coupon- 15% off any order in January

End of year inventory reduction. They must be using a different approach this year and trying to maximize their return. They have only had 1 30% off sale and that was the first one. I ordered a few things and there were a few items that I wanted that were "out of stock." I've checked back a couple times since the original sale and all of the items that I wanted and were out of stock, are now in stock.

I find it hard to believe that they just received a merchandise shipment in December to restock all of those items.

My guess is limited numbers in the 30% off sale and then used that to gauge where are how to price the remaining inventory.

My favorite photo is the guy under an overhanging glacier lighting up a jetboil. Chunks of fallen ice laying around. You want to get a little heat going so a nice big piece can crush you.

Okay, I sorta get it now. I didn't notice the mouse because they have it either cut off or something plastered over it everywhere.

I think the pic under the glacier was in the same flyer that had the guy rappelling down a glacier with his trusty longbow. Cool pic, I enjoyed it but totally ridiculous.
