I won't wear a belt under a pack belt. For me suspenders are money!
It seems a belt just bunches under a pack belt. Such a pain!
No issues with a pack, bino bivy and Gunfighters Inc Kenai all together. Only issue is going to the bathroom with other layers over the suspenders. But I just unhook them.
