Who will cut and thread a barrel near S. Utah?

I am about 2 hours from Vegas and 3 from Salt Lake. Looking at new rifle options. Depending on what I buy I may want a cut and thread job and am wondering who in my area would be recommended?

So to add, do they also sell guns? Looking at maybe a Tikka which would require the cut. If I would buy the gun and have them do the work that would be great.
