Who shoots grouse with a Ruger Mark IV?

Does that mount screw right into the pre-tapped holes or does it require new holes?

The ones for the Ruger MK IV uses factory holes. I have one with a Holosun on my MK IV hunter. Great little mount.

I recently got a Mark IV Lite and put a Holosun 507 on it. I want a trigger kit but they are currently back-ordered. I was happy with the accuracy but not impressed at first. I got some better CCI ammo bought instead of the cheap bricks I had for my 10/22 and now I'm impressed. I can't wait to see what it will do with a 2.5lb trigger. I will be using it around home, and probably taking it to AK for ptarmigan or other camp meat.

my 24 year old ruger 22\45 has killed lots of grouse and ptarmagain. they work well.
