Who manufactures "Thor" Brand Sabots?

I was wondering who makes them as the main 2 makers are to be MMP & Harvester Brands. Read that MMP only offers their Sub Bases in .50 Cal as the costs to offer them in say .45 is a lot of investment. So now wondering how another brand can offer sabots as it sounds like it costs some big dollars to come up with the right compounds for a good quality product. It is my understanding that others use MMP & Harvester with their Bullets including Hornady just in different colors, among others for their muzzleloader bullets. So does Thor make them or use others for their muzzleloader bullets?
